What We Offer

At the TLC, we strive to provide Tri-Municipal residents with facilities that are accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. No matter what brings you to the TLC, there is no shortage of opportunities to get active, thanks to our wide variety of health and wellness facilities.

Party Packs (Field Space): May-September 2022 

What is included in a Party Pack (Rental)?

  • 2 hours of Field Space!

Field Packages are available Saturdays and Sundays:  10:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00-3:00 PM, 4:00-6:00 PM 

  • Half Field: $100.00 
  • Full Field: $150.00 

Permitted Activities:

North Field: Inline, Ball/Floor Hockey/Volleyball 

South Field: Badminton/Volleyball/Pickleball/Soccer/Lacrosse 

What do I get in the package? 

  • Access to the fields for 2 hours, Dressing room access 
  • Set up tables and chairs for 12-20 people
  • Set up of field space for activity, as discussed at time of booking 

* Requests over 20 for tables and chairs, subject to an additional set-up fee ($25.00) 

** Storage subject to availability if accessing the pool, check public swim times 

Additions to package: 

  • $60.00/Pack of 12 wristbands 
  • $5.00 per additional band

Package Information: 

Can we bring in an inflatable? Yes, you must provide (from the inflatable company) a copy of insurance with the Transalta Tri Leisure listed as additionally insured. You will need to provide your own extension cord. 

What is available for the field? Badminton (rackets and birdies), Volleyball, Floor hockey sticks, Soccer ball, Football 

Can I bring in my own food or have it delivered?  Yes, outside food is permitted. If you are getting pizza delivered, please tell the front desk where you will be. 

Do you have a fridge to store my cake and food? Unfortunately not.  

Will the space be set up for our arrival?  Yes, your setup will be discussed at the time of booking and ready for you upon arrival. Decorations are your responsibility, and we asked that there be no confetti or confetti-like products used.  We will provide garbage cans, but we will clean up for you!  

Access: 

How much are lockers? 0.50 cents for pool lockers and 0.25 cents for wallet lockers 

Where do I go when I first get to the TLC?  Please visit our front desk upon arrival if you need directions or have questions. If you know what location you have booked and it is the correct time for your booking, you can proceed directly to your location. 

Can I book the Pool, Play Centre and Gym privately for my birthday party?  No, these locations cannot be booked privately.   

What about the arena? Arena rentals are subject to availability and separate from the field party pack.

Who do I contact if I need something or have any questions during my party?  The front desk staff, or any staff you see, will be happy to help!

Pool: 

What days does the TLC pool close due to Swim lessons?  Other than in July and August, the pool closes on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00 – 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 

Do I have to go in the pool with my child? Children under 7 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 14 years or older who goes into the water and stays within arms’ reach of them at all times. The ratio requires for this is 1 supervisor to every three children under seven years of age.  A different coloured wristband will be given to those under 7.  

Do I have to pay for the adults if they are just watching? If adults are not going into the pool or using parts of the facility, they do not need to pay.
