HOT TUB BOOKING INFO:
The hot tub has re-opened! As with most things these days, using the hot tub during this time may look a little different.
Public Swimmers, Lane Swimmers & AquaFitters = You are welcome to use the hot tub during your booked swim time. Please maintain 2m distance between cohorts and keep your soak time to 15 minutes maximum.
Fitness Patrons = You are welcome to use the hot tub too! In order to effectively manage capacity limits in the pool and change room areas when you are dropping in, please inquire at our front desk and they will make sure there is space for you. To pre-book your spot, please book yourself into any of our public swim times by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 780-960-5080. Please maintain 2m distance between cohorts and keep your soak time to 15 minutes maximum.
What about the steam room?
With the new guidelines on steam rooms and the size of ours here, we are not able to make the physical distancing guidelines and cleaning regimens work right now. Many similar facilities are also delaying their re-opening of steam rooms for the same reasons, but we are working with the guidelines and AHS on an ongoing basis to get the steam room re-opened as soon as is feasible.
Steam room and rope swing are CLOSED.

All pool activities require a pre-booking for contact tracing and to ensure capacity and physical distancing requirements are met.
To book your pool activity, please include your name and contact info, day, time, activity request. You can do this one of three ways:
- Email email@example.com (a staff member will reply to your email confirming your booking)
- Phone us at 780.960.5080 (press "0" or leave us a message with your booking request and we will call you back)
- Come in and book your spot!*
NOTE: If you plans change or you cannot attend your booked slot, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible so we can give the opportunity to swim to another person.
Because Lane Swim & Aquafit have limited spots, No Shows will be recorded and may exclude you from making future bookings.
1st No Show – we provide a courtesy call with a reminder, & advise that your next No-Show will result in a $10 fee.
2nd No Show – we call you to advise that a $10 No Show fee has been charged to your account and advise that another No-Show will prevent you for booking for 2 weeks.
3rd No Show – we call you to advise another $10 No-Show fee has been charged to your account, remove your bookings for the next week (if any) and advise that you are not permitted to book for the following week.
*Not a planner? There may be spots available to drop in as well, but available on a first-come, first-served basis. Book ahead of time to avoid disappointment!
