Drop-In Fitness Classes 

We are happy to bring back many of our popular drop-in classes! While these will be the same great classes and instructors, some classes have limited space or will be in a new location so we can provide you the safest experience possible. Please save your visit for another day if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, difficulty breathing, or if you are feeling under the weather for any reason! Let’s work together to keep our community healthy and active this fall!

Checking-In for your Class:
Be sure to check-in at the front desk when you arrive to receive your daily wristband, which is required to join the class.
 

Drop-In Aquatic Classes

We’re happy to offer our usual variety of Aquatic Drop-in classes!  Be sure to check-in at the front desk to receive your daily wristband before you join the class.

Deep Water High-Intensity AquaFit

This class is a different type of workout in the water where the body is totally suspended, allowing for no impact and a greater range of motion. Come experience an invigorating class that will get your heart pumping and muscles working with a greater variety of movements.
 

Shallow Water High-Intensity AquaFit

Get yourself running, hopping, skipping and jumping through the water. A high-intensity workout will get your heart pumping, muscles working against the resistance of the water and leave you feeling invigorated and ready for anything.
 

High-Intensity AquaFit

Expect an invigorating class in the water utilizing a variety of movements to get your heart rate up and your muscles working hard against the resistance of the water.
 

Deep Water Gentle Aquafit

Using Music that is easy on the ears and movements that are gentle on the joints, you will leave this class feeling happy and rejuvenated.
 

Shallow Water Gentle AquaFit

Using music that is gentle on the ears and movements that are gentle on the joints, you will leave this class feeling happy and rejuvenated. 

Arena Activities

  • Leisure Ice available for young skaters (under 10s) any time we’re open, no pucks please!
  • Family Public Skate - no equipment allowed 
  • Adult/Child 10 & Under Stick and Puck – sign in at the front desk half an hour before start time (Max. 30 including Adults)
  • 11-14 Shinny – sign in at the front desk half an hour before start time (Max 30)
  • 15-17 Shinny - sign in at the front desk half an hour before start time (Max 30)
  • Adult Shinny 18+ - sign-in at the front desk half an hour before start time (Max 20 with 4 goalies)
  • Ringette - sign in at the front desk half an hour before start time (Max 30)

Kindness is Cool: We love the positive energy you bring to play at the TLC. Keep that energy flowing by treating TLC staff and fellow patrons the way you would like them to treat you.  

We offer a variety of sessions to accommodate all age ranges and abilities.  

• Participants must sign in at the front desk and have proof of admission before entering the Arena area.  

• Individuals are expected to adhere to TLC policies regarding usage of the facility and personal conduct while in the facility.  

• All children aged 10 or under must be actively supervised by a person 14 years or older (on or off the ice).  

• NO body checking allowed.  

• Helmets are mandatory for All Shinny/Stick and Puck sessions and must be worn on the ice and on the bench without exception.  

• Full equipment is not mandatory.  

• No Sticks and Pucks on the Leisure Ice 

• Please report any concerns to the Arena Operator.  

** These sessions have a maximum capacity and spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
