Cycle Express – Rather than heading home after work to lazy temptations like the couch and the TV remote, get your daily cardio fix during your lunch hour. Sweat out the workday stress, burn some calories and enjoy this invigorating spin class!
TRX Express – This class uses the TRX straps for a unique suspension training workout. Use your body weight to build functional strength, core stability, flexibility and balance – all in 30 minutes, which leaves you just enough time to grab a post-workout refuel from Booster Juice!
Lunchtime Fit – Sitting at a desk all day takes a toll on your entire body. Remedy stiff muscles and get an overall conditioning blast during your lunch break to keep your blood pumping. This class utilizes intervals and all-out strength training for a short but effective full-body workout.
Lunchtime Tethered AquaFit – Who says you can’t go for a lunchtime dip in the pool? This new class focuses on specific training techniques used on land and converted to water. To give your joints a break, Tethered AquaFit allows you to increase weekly “mileage” and eliminate the increased risk associated with repetitive impact during land-based running.
