Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Ensure your program runs by registering more than 5 days in advance.
Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Programs with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled by the TLC 3 days prior to the scheduled start date. We will contact registrants via phone in these cases and will offer a full credit or refund if you prefer. DON’T DELAY, REGISTER EARLY!!

If you provide 10+ days of notice ahead of a course start date, you may withdraw from a course (subject to a 15% admin fee on the course registration fee to a maximum of $25).
No refund of credit will be issued to any participant who withdraws less than 10 days prior to the start of a course. Consideration for credits/refunds will be made due to medical reasons if accompanied by a Doctor’s Certificate. The amount of the credit/refund will be prorated for the remaining classes in the course at the date indicated on the Doctor’s Certificate.
