Drop-In Fitness Classes

2026 Drop-in Fitness Winter/Spring

The minimum age to participate in Drop-In Classes is 14 years old.
 

Checking In for your Class:

TLC Members with RFID wristbands - no need to stop at the front desk! You may proceed directly to the class location.
TLC Members or Pass holders without an RFID wristband, please scan your TLC card at the front desk to receive your daily admission Wristband, then proceed to the class location.
Participants without a TLC Pass or Membership, please pay for your daily admission wristband at the front desk, and then proceed to the class location.

Afternoon Step
January 6-June 23:  Tuesdays 1:15-2:15 PM

A 60-minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the whole body one step at a time.  Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels.  


Benefit Thru Resistance

January 5-June 22: Mondays 10:30-11:15 AM  and 11:30 AM-12:15 PM
January 7-June 24:  Wednesdays  10:30-11:30 AM
January 9-June 26:  Fridays 10:30 AM-11:15 AM and 11:30 AM-12:15 PM

A resistance training and cardio program designed to help older adults develop balance, muscle strength, heart health, and core stability, aiding in preventing osteoporosis.


Chisel & Stretch

January 6-June 23: Tuesdays & Thursdays   8:30-9:45 AM 
A strength class focusing on total body toning using a combination of stability balls, tubing, free weights, body resistance and flexibility training. An hour spent, not a minute wasted.

Drop-In Spin

January 5-June 22:  Mondays   6:00-6:30 PM  
This 30-minute multilevel class takes you through hills and drills to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. No experience necessary, this class is great for all fitness levels!  

Everything Fitness

January 10-June 20:  Saturdays   10:30- 11:30 AM    
This class has it ALL!  Each week is a different fitness style.... Step & Strength, Bosu Ball, Tabata and more...  Come start your weekend off right with something new each Saturday.


Lunchtime Drop-In Spin & Core

January 8-June 25:  Thursdays 12:15-1:15 PM
Get your daily cardio fix during your lunchtime.  Burn some calories and enjoy the 30-minute ride! For those who have some extra time, tag on 15 minutes of target CORE! No experience necessary, this class is great for all fitness levels!


Maximum Training

January 6-June 23: Tuesdays & Thursdays  5:30-6:30 PM  
An energizing class combining aerobic, anaerobic, strength, and power exercises. Every class features a unique circuit-style workout that you can complete at your own pace. Come enjoy the fun!


Step & Strength

January 9-June 26:  Mondays & Fridays   9:00-10:00 AM
A 60-minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels!


Zumba

January 14-June 24:  Wednesdays   5:30-6:30 PM
A 60-minute cardio class that strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and choreography create an enjoyable class for all fitness levels!

2026 Summer Drop-In Fitness 

Beginner Pilates

July 9-August 20:  Thursdays   5:30-6:30 PM
A functional full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and energize the body. This class focuses on core stability, balance, and movement quality through accessible exercises and modifications, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

July 6-August 19:   Mondays/Wednesdays   10:30-11:30 AM

Hatha Yoga

July 6-27:  Mondays   11:45 AM-12:45 PM
Hatha Yoga focuses on balancing the body and mind through gentle postures and mindful breathing. This practice improves flexibility, strength, balance, posture, and relaxation while helping reduce stress and promote better sleep. Please bring your own yoga mat to class.

Tabata 

July 8-August 19:  Wednesdays  5:30-6:15 PM
This class is for those who want to take their workout to the next level. Participants can expect to increase overall cardiovascular fitness and muscle mass, as well as fat loss. Be ready to sweat in this high-intensity strength and cardiovascular class that will push your body to the edge. This class will utilize a variety of exercises in a variety of Tabata and timed intervals. 

Xco Latin by Jackie 

July 11-August 22:  Saturdays  10:00-10:45 AM
A fun dynamic class where functional training meets fun. It mixes Latin rhythms with athletic movements. It’s not a dance. It’s movement patterns. Each movement pattern has a special effect on your body to help with mobility, endurance and strength with a strong emphasis on the core. The integration of movement patterns with Xco Trainers minimizes the risk of injury and protects the joints, as each person determines the intensity of the movement. This makes it suitable for all fitness levels. 

Yoga

July 8-August 19:  Wednesdays  7:00-7:45 PM
This class will combine breath work with movement, creating a nourishing mind/body connection. Yoga develops strength, flexibility, and balance to create feelings of well-being and empowerment. Please bring a yoga mat and a filled water bottle.


**Guide change: Strong Foundations on Thursdays from 5:30–6:30 PM will be changed to Beginner Pilates.
