What We Offer
At the TLC, we strive to provide Tri-Municipal residents with facilities that are accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. No matter what brings you to the TLC, there is no shortage of opportunities to get active, thanks to our wide variety of health and wellness facilities.
Effective April 1, all rental requests must be submitted through the Rental Request Form.
*Organizations with an existing standing contract are exempt from this requirement.
Submit rental requests at least 48 hours in advance. Responses are provided within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Future booking requests may be delayed based on availability and processing timelines.

The TLC Meeting Room (previously Shotz Lounge) is available for rental on a limited basis at an hourly rate of $80.00.
The Meeting Room can accommodate approximately 80 people, depending on the required tables and chairs.
