What We Offer
At the TLC, we strive to provide Tri-Municipal residents with facilities that are accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. No matter what brings you to the TLC, there is no shortage of opportunities to get active, thanks to our wide variety of health and wellness facilities.
All rental requests must be submitted through the Rental Request Form.
Organizations with an existing standing contract are exempt from this requirement.
- Submit rental requests at least 48 hours in advance.
- Every effort will be made to respond within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday); response times may vary based on request volume.
- Requests for future bookings may require additional processing time based on availability and scheduling.

TLC Room Rentals

Room Rental available at an hourly rate of $80.00.
Fall 2026 (September-December)
The TLC Multi-Purpose Room is available for rental on a limited basis.
The Room can accommodate approximately 80 people, depending on the required tables and chairs.
SUMMER 2026 (July-August)
Starting July 4, the Summer Room available for rent is the Stony Plain Room.
The Room can accommodate approximately 30 people, depending on the required tables and chairs.
