Sports Conditioning

Our Youth Sports Conditioning programs are designed to help young athletes build strength, improve agility, and enhance overall performance in a fun, supportive environment. Tailored to all skill levels, our trained staff focus on injury prevention, boosting endurance, and refining techniques to help kids excel in their favourite sports and develop a lifelong love of movement. 

Beat the rush and book your Fall/Winter Team Sports Conditioning Package early to secure your spot. We can cater your conditioning to your team’s needs and practice schedule.
All group packages can be modified to meet the group’s needs, including length, type, and number of sessions. For more information on these services, please contact the Wellness Coordinator at 780-948-3221. 
External personal training/coaching is not permitted in the TLC Fitness Areas.
 

Strength/Conditioning Session


Looking for a spin or strength class to supplement your team schedule? We can set that up for you! 

$35.00- 30-minute class
$50.00- 45-minute class
$70.00- 60-minute class

Yoga/Mobility Sessions 


These specialty sessions include facility space, equipment, and a qualified instructor to complement the wear and tear the sports season can put on the athlete’s bodies. 

$47.50- 30-minute class
$71.00- 45-minute class
$95.00- 60-minute class

Team Training Package 

$750.00- 12 sessions (60 minutes) scheduled over the team’s season. These sessions help young athletes to build their movement vocabulary and strength technique and learn how to integrate mobility work into sports training.
