Youth/Teen Aquatic Programs

Swimming is a vital life skill that keeps kids safe in and around water while promoting lifelong fitness. Our lessons, designed for ages 6 to 13, follow the Lifesaving Society’s program and include Rookie, Ranger, and Star Patrol levels - helping young swimmers build confidence, strength, and essential water safety skills.
