Northern Lights Twirl Team is based in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and draws upon athletes from across the Parkland County region. We offer recreational, pre-competitive, and competitive baton. We also offer optional classes in dance technique, AcroDance and strength training.
Classes are only available in-person with a limited capacity and may need to be cancelled depending on restrictions, register to stay up to date and receive links to join the class.

In this class, we will explore different stretches and techniques to increase flexibility and strength. We will work on breath awareness and self-massage techniques to help with relaxation and stress release. This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for all bodies!
