Can you believe we’re fully open for all of the activities and fun that have been restricted or closed entirely over the past year and a half? We can barely believe it ourselves, and to say we’re thrilled to welcome you back is an understatement.
This summer you can:
- come to a public swim (pre-booking highly recommended as capacities are still in place in the pool area and we don’t want you to be disappointed if you drop in and public swim is full)
- participate in drop-in fitness programs (pre-booking still recommended here as well)
- join us for drop-in activities, lane swim and AquaFit (no pre-booking required)
- drop by anytime for spontaneous use of the fields, gymnasium, fitness centre and track
- register in a swim lesson
- register in an adult fitness program
- register in a summer camp
- Please be mindful of other patrons and their needs while in our facility. Every person had a little different experience with and opinions about how to proceed after COVID, so let’s respect each other and move forward together as a community.
So much to do this summer, so we’ll let you get back to it.

Memberships, Passes & Admission Information:
All memberships will remain on hold until September 1, unless otherwise requested.
The TLC Summer Pass is on sale until August 1 and is pro-rated (so is a great deal no matter when you purchase it!).
Current one/three-month pass holders, annual members and monthly (pre-authorized) members who were on hold from December 13:
Your memberships/passes will automatically re-activate on September 1, 2021. You don’t have to do anything if this option suits you. In the meantime, you can purchase a summer pass (details above) or pay a daily admission rate.
If you’d like to re-activate before Sep 1, please give us a call, come in, or email memberships@trileisure.com.
DROP-IN IS BACK!
Drop-in Field & Gym Activities Starting July 5 | Drop-in only - no pre-booking required! The cost? Free for members, pass holders and those with a summer pass. For everyone else, it is just the cost of a day admission!
July 12 | NWT Promotions Arenas are Re-Opening! Our arenas have been undergoing their regularly scheduled maintenance, plus a few extra projects, and will be ready to go starting July 12. This means that the Eli Wilson Leisure Ice will be re-opening for dropping in anytime we’re open! Look for public skate times to be added in August.
North Central Co-Op Children’s Play Centre | No pre-booking required! The Play Centre will be open for JULY as follows:

The Fitness Centre and Track Updates:
- To access these spaces, purchase a day admission, summer pass, or reactivate your on-hold membership or pass
- No need to pre-book your spot - just drop by any time we’re open.
- Fitness Centre (weight room) is closed daily from 2:00-2:30 PM for sanitizing.
- There are no masks required after July 1, but please be mindful of other patrons while in our facility.

NUTRITION COUNSELLING
Have you ever wondered how to improve your eating habits, or what types of eating plans would work best for you? Sit down with a registered dietitian either virtually, by phone, or in person to explore all of the nutrition questions you have and make an action plan for a healthy summer! PERSONAL TRAINING
These sessions are guided by the TLC Personal Trainers. From the consultation through to a plan you can put into action this summer, we’re here for you! Details HERE.
CHILDREN & YOUTH SERVICES:
MOTIVATION TO MOVE SUMMER CAMPS ARE HERE! Register HERE.
Our summer camps are starting to fill up, so you’d better hurry and grab your spot! All of our camps feature skating and swimming, plus inside and outside activities, games and fun! We have weekly themes to keep your kids busy, active and having new adventures!
All 6-11-YEAR-OLD camps run 9:00 AM-4:00 PM with no pre- or post-care available this year.
5-Day camps $200 // 4-Day Camps $160
All 3-5-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL camps run half-days (9:00-12:00 PM or 1:00-4:00 PM) with no mid-day care. Look for these camps to start the week of July 19.

YOUTH RX - GET FIT DURING YOUR SUMMER BREAK ALL ON YOUR OWN!
$27 per participant
This course is highly recommended for all youth aged 10 and older who have an interest in using the exercise equipment at the TLC. Learn how to work out safely and effectively for your developmental level. Youth aged 10-13 must be certified with Youth RX to use the equipment in the Fitness Centre and Fitness Studios on their own. Register HERE.

HOME SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION | REGISTER STARTING JULY 8!
(5-16 years) | $225 (Full Year)
This unique program introduces a variety of basic movement skills on land, ice and in the water! Running from September to May, the instructors will use sports and games to challenge children to their personal best and improve their overall physical fitness. The weekly classes are developmentally appropriate for each age group with lessons incorporating movement patterns, skill progressions, and team play.

Swim Lesson Info
Enter and exit the pre-COVID way (through the change rooms - No more one-way traffic).
Spectators ARE allowed in the upper pool viewing area. We encourage distancing in this area.
Know which level your child is in, and meet at the corresponding sign on the wall.
Lane Swim Available All Day, ALL SUMMER
There will be 2-3 lanes available all day for lane swimming. Pre-booking a lane is no longer required.
Lanes must be shared. Circle-swimming works best for swimming with others.
Public Swims Require Pre-Booking
Please check the schedule for available public swim times to pre-book. Bookings open 10 days in advance and are highly recommended due to the limited capacities in place for public swim.
Steam Room
This amenity is back open in Stage 3!
Pool Closed
The pool will be CLOSED July 24 and re-opens July 25 at 5:00 PM for the Pirates Swim Meet.
