Free Workouts @ Home Every Wednesday
Our fitness experts are excited to bring you at-home workouts every Wednesday on this special page that we have packed with different resources to give us all some new active ideas during this time. You can either print off a detailed PDF, or you can follow along on using the photo as your guide.
Above is our first workout, created for you by Tanya, our Wellness Program Coordinator. Visit this page to access a printable version or to get your new weekly workout every Wednesday.
The idea is that you complete the weekly workout two to three times a week, with alternate days focusing on cardio activities like walking, running, dancing, or another cardio workout that you like.
The printable PDF has exercise details and modifications if you are not sure how to complete each exercise safely.
