REP Update!
Remember that starting November 15 (Monday), if you’re vaccinated, you’ll need to provide your unique-to-you QR code (paper OR digital) for scanning to enter the TLC. If you do not have access to a printer, please stop by any Registry and they will print your card for you. Otherwise taking a screenshot or photo of your QR code will also work.
If you’re not vaccinated, YOU CAN STILL ENTER with a privately-paid negative test OR a written medical exemption, as per the original criteria of the REP.
Don’t forget that masks are still mandatory in all indoor public spaces, which here at the TLC includes the hallways, stairways, change rooms and washrooms.
YOUTH EXEMPTION:
Youth under 18 participating in a team sport practice or game, or those under 18 participating in a youth-only program are exempt.
Everyone 12+ coming to the TLC for public swim, to work out or participate in a drop-in sport will need to have valid ID (over 18) PLUS a QR code, negative test or medical exemption.
From the Government of Alberta’s website:
Alberta vaccine records with QR codes (paper or digital) will be the only valid Alberta proof of vaccination accepted by operators participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program as of Nov. 15.
