Cancellation of Spring Programs
We are so disappointed to have to cancel our spring programs from April to June. Read below to get your questions answered! For now, we are working hard on finishing up our SUMMER PROGRAMS and will have our new guide out in May with June 2/4 registration dates.
Q: Are all March to June programs (including swim lessons) cancelled? Will some classes run if the TLC re-opens before the last class date?
A: Unfortunately as we do not have a re-open date, we realize that it will be easier and more fair for our customers if we cancel the entire session and start again fresh for the summer session.
Q: Will I automatically receive a credit for the full cost of the classes I paid for?
A: Yes, a 100% credit will be applied to your TLC account for all classes cancelled due to COVID-19. Your TLC account credits will never expire and may be used for all TLC programs and services in future. If you require a refund, please connect with us via email to info@trileisure.com, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Q: With the March to June swim lessons cancelled, will you automatically register my child in the same level for the summer session?
A: As many people’s circumstances change over the summer, as well as different class times and days scheduled for each level of swim lessons, it would be a huge (and almost impossible!) task to match families with the swim lesson that works best for them. Please register your child in the summer swim lesson as you normally would starting June 2 (members) and June 4 (non-members) at midnight online, or at 6:00 AM in person or over the phone. If these dates change due to a longer closure or new information regarding COVID-19, this blog will be updated accordingly.
Q: Will I be able to use my TLC account credit online?
A: Our current system does not allow our customers to use their credits online. If you are using your TLC account credit to register for TLC programs, please call our Customer Experience Team at 780-960-5080 and they will be able to apply the credit to your next registration or service.
Q: When is registration day for summer swim lessons at the Stony Plain Outdoor Pool (SPOP)?
A: SPOP registration begins May 13 at midnight online and at 6:00 AM in person or over the phone. If these dates change due to COVID-19, this blog will be updated accordingly. NOTE: TLC account credits CAN be used over the phone to register for Stony Plain Outdoor Pool lessons.
UPDATE: The Stony Plain Outdoor Pool will be closed for the summer due to COVID-19. Please contact the Town of Stony Plain directly if you need more information or email spop@trileisure.com for additional questions.
