  4. What’s your favourite way to get triACTIVE?  Being active with friends who motivate and encourage each other.

Customer Experience Coordinators at the TLC supervise front desk and facility support staff, coordinate events at the TLC, and take bookings and liaise with our user groups. They are the heart and soul of all that happens here!

  1. What has been your biggest health and wellness accomplishment? I am currently working on this!
  2. What are your hobbies/interests outside of the TLC?  Being active with friends, relaxing watching movies and being on the water.
  3. What’s your favourite movie of all time?  The Blind Side.
  4. What wakes you up in the morning?  The sound of my alarm going off.
  5. What do you love most about the Tri-Municipal Region?  There is enough here to keep you busy every day!
  6. If you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life, what would it be?  Justin Timberlake: 20/20
  7. If you were stuck on an island with one celebrity, who would you choose and why?  Anna Kendrick - you wouldn’t know what to expect!
  8. What are five must-have items in your fridge?  Pickles, cheese, eggs, carrots, sour cream
  9. Are you an early riser or a night owl?  Night owl.
  10. What do you love most about the TLC?  The people and the great relationships I have developed with other staff and patrons.
