1. What has been your biggest health and wellness accomplishment?

My biggest health and wellness accomplishment is being able to fit playing ringette into my busy schedule!

2. What’s your favourite movie of all time?

I love the movie Pixar’s UP. 

3. What do you love most about the Tri-Municipal Region? 

I love the Tri-municipal region because everything I need is close to home! 

4. Are you an early riser or a night owl?

I am an early riser, but I might also be a night owl. 

5. What do you love most about the TLC? 

I love the TLC because the staff makes everyone feel like family! 

6. If you were a crayon, what colour would you be and why? 

If I were a crayon I would be a light purple, as I feel that color represents kindness and I have lots to share:)
