I am excited to share my love of health and fitness with you! I have always been interested in the ways that an active lifestyle can impact more than just the way you look, to include the way your body functions and feels. My introduction into fitness began nearly 10 years ago, and I have since become a Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association. Now, as a young mom and labor & birth doula, I hold a special interest in -although not limited to- women’s health and safe, effective exercise for those expecting or in postpartum recovery.
