TLC Childcare Services
Welcome to our childcare program. We offer a safe and caring environment that’s fun for children 1 month to 6 years of age.
Our qualified staff are trained in CPR and First Aid. They have undergone a Criminal Records check and come from a variety of childcare backgrounds.
Parents/Guardians must be in the facility at all times.
BOOKING:
- Childcare services are offered on a first come first serve basis. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Drop-in childcare will be available providing we have space to accommodate your child.
- Block bookings are available
- Please book your desired space and pay for childcare at the Customer Service Desk.
- TLC refund policy is in effect.
- Cancellations must be made by 8:00 a.m. on the day of your booked time. All no shows will be charged if we do not receive a phone call by this time.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for supplying all personal items required by their children (ie: diapers, bottles, snacks)

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
- Children must have clean indoor shoes.
- Parents must supply all personal items (i.e. Diapers, bottles, snacks etc.) Please ensure all belongings are labeled.
- Please do not send snacks that include peanuts or peanut products.
- In consideration of other children and staff we ask that if your child’s
sick that they remain at home.

Pricing
1 hour pass - $4.75/hr
1-10 hours - $4.50/hr*
11-20 hours - $4.25/hr*
21+ hours - $4.00/hr*
