A triACTIVE lifestyle knows no limits.
Our Subsidy Program
At the TLC, we do our best to make sure our facilities are accessible to as many individuals and families as possible. To accomplish this, we’ve partnered with the Tri Community Health & Wellness Foundation to give everyone an opportunity to live a healthy, active life.
TLC for Everyone
We encourage low income individuals and families to apply for the TLC for Everyone program on behalf of the Tri Community Health & Wellness Foundation. The intent of this program is to give approved families, adults, seniors, youth and children the opportunity to make the most of our facilities, programs and services.
Residents of Parkland County, the City of Spruce Grove or the Town of Stony Plain who meet a predetermined household income bracket qualify for subsidized access to the TLC. This qualification applies to adults, seniors, youth, children and families. To find out if your family qualifies, please refer to the TLC for Everyone Guidelines.
Approved applicants will receive an acceptance letter in the mail from the Tri Community Health & Wellness Foundation. The recipient of this letter must present it at the TLC Customer Experience Desk within 30 days of the letter’s date of approval in order to receive their subsidized dollars in the form of a TLC gift card. This card can be put towards TLC facilities, programs and services with no expiry date, but it cannot be redeemed for cash.
To apply, please submit a TLC For Everyone Application Form to one of the following agencies:
- Stony Plain FCSS
- Spruce Grove FCSS
- Alberta Parenting for the Future (Stony Plain)
- Neighbourhood Link (Spruce Grove)
